WHAT WE DON'T WANT Single-team Scrum Master with no experience managing multiple teams at the same time. Agile Coach with no hands-on IT experience in a software delivery environment. Less than 5 years of IT experience or less than 3 years in a team management or support role. Project manager or traditional project manager with no proven Agile practice. No experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies or running workshops.
