A purely technical profile without exposure to executive bodies or strategic governance. Less than 20 years of IT experience or less than 10 years as a project, program, or portfolio manager. No experience managing projects exceeding $10 million. No experience in coaching managers or implementing management processes. Candidate not willing to obtain a Level 2 security clearance or comply with the limited teleworking requirement in Quebec.

What you’ll do

Lead a major digital transformation program by ensuring integrated governance and coherence across multiple interdependent IT and business initiatives. Provide strategic advisory and arbitration support to executive bodies to prioritize initiatives and manage multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in IT and over 20 years of IT experience, including 10+ years in project, program, or portfolio management. Must have a proven track record of managing projects exceeding $10 million and experience coaching managers in implementing management processes.
