Project Description: Dedicated Scrum team to maintain and enhance client's mission-critical mandate applications, primarily their internal system "NAME under NDA" a custom .NET/C# application with a SQL Server database used to calculate deposit insurance coverage and process payouts during bank failures Responsibilities: Scrum master, BA, QA activities Mandatory Skills Description: 5+ yrs PM; 5+ yrs managing app maintenance/support; SOW negotiation experience Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Agile SCRUM, Must be legally entitled to work in Canada Must hold (or be able to obtain) Reliability Status security clearance from PWGSC Must be physically located in Canada (data residency and security rules prohibit access from outside Canada) Bilingual (English/French) is a scored asset , not mandatory but adds points Is not available immediately but should have adequate notice period

Lead a dedicated Scrum team to maintain and enhance a mission-critical .NET/C# application used for deposit insurance calculations. Perform duties across Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and Quality Assurance roles.

Requires over 5 years of experience in project management and application support, including SOW negotiation skills. Candidates must be located in Canada and be able to obtain Reliability Status security clearance.
