Manage and deliver municipal and Indigenous community infrastructure planning, design, and construction projects, leading multidisciplinary teams and supervising junior staff. Develop proposals and client relationships, prepare technical reports and design documents, facilitate community engagement, and oversee construction contracts and inspections.
