Direct and coordinate project administration, budgets, schedules, subcontract and supplier scopes, billing, and cost reporting to deliver projects economically and on schedule. Ensure compliance with plans and specifications, manage owner and consultant communications, and lead project closeout, including deficiencies, final documentation, and post-project evaluations.
