This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned delivery leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys driving large-scale programs from strategy through execution and go-live. 📍 Waterloo, ON (Hybrid - Onsite Tues-Thurs) 📅 9-Month Contract (Sept 2026 - May 2027) 💰 Up to $54/hr + 4% Vacation Pay 🔄 Extension & Permanent Conversion Potential What You'll Be Doing As the Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a complex, multi-workstream implementation involving technology, operations, communications, and third-party vendor delivery. Key responsibilities include: ✅ Managing end-to-end program delivery from discovery through go-live and stabilization ✅ Leading cross-functional teams across operations, technology, customer experience, and vendor partners ✅ Driving program governance, executive reporting, risk management, and stakeholder alignment ✅ Acting as the primary point of contact for external vendor delivery and accountability ✅ Supporting operational readiness, SOP development, training, and launch planning What We're Looking For ✔ 9+ years of Project/Program Management experience ✔ PMP certification (or equivalent) ✔ Proven success delivering large-scale, multi-workstream programs ✔ Strong vendor management experience within vendor-led delivery models ✔ Expertise in governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting Highly Preferred ⭐ Insurance, Claims, or Financial Services experience ⭐ Claims transformation, outsourcing, or operational implementation experience ⭐ Experience with customer communication platforms, digital channels, telephony, or chatbot solutions ⭐ Big 4 Consulting or large-scale transformation program experience Why This Opportunity? • Lead a strategic enterprise transformation initiative • Work directly with executive stakeholders including COO-level leadership • Shape future operating models and customer experience outcomes • Own delivery across business, operational, and technology streams • High visibility role with significant impact on organizational success Use AI for Hiring: Our recruitment process for this role includes the use of AI-based tools to help evaluate candidate qualifications and screen applications.
