What You’ll Be Doing: • Develop, coordinate, and manage project timelines, resource plans, and project deliverables • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, project teams, and leadership • Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and task plans using project management tools • Monitor project performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved • Support multidisciplinary equipment design and development initiatives • Lead implementation of new and modified production equipment and automation systems • Manage project issues, risks, and action plans throughout the project lifecycle • Develop and manage Statements of Requirements (SOR) aligned with customer expectations • Create and maintain quality checklists to verify equipment readiness prior to shipment • Provide regular project status updates on budgets, timelines, and key deliverables to management • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance project execution • Develop and maintain standardized project management templates and best practices • Support compliance with quality, safety, and environmental management systems What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline • Experience managing engineering, automation, or manufacturing projects • Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and assembly processes • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills • Understanding of multidisciplinary engineering environments • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Mechanical aptitude and technical understanding of manufacturing systems • Knowledge of FMEA and quality management systems • Understanding of automotive quality requirements, including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Bonus Points If You Have: • Experience managing automation equipment builds and machine integration projects • Experience with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project • Experience in automotive manufacturing environments • PMP or other project management certification • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives How to Apply: Apply online at www.johnsonelectric.com — We can’t wait to meet you! Requirements
