Client is Mphasis Technical Program Manager / Technical Program Lead Job Details: Job Title: Technical Program Manager / Technical Program Lead Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 3 days a week onsite) Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Technical Program Manager with strong banking and fintech domain expertise who can effectively bridge business and technology teams, drive complex integration programs, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Job Description: Experience: 8+ years in Technology Program Management with strong Banking, FinTech, Payments, or Financial Services experience. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex integration programs across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Security, Compliance, and external partners. • Drive program governance, project planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, risk management, and executive reporting. • Manage technical integrations involving APIs, customer platforms, trust systems, deposit network services, payment platforms, and external financial institutions. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives. • Facilitate technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and issue resolution. • Oversee release planning, milestone tracking, resource forecasting, and production readiness activities. • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational requirements. Required Skills: • Technical Program Management and Enterprise Integration Delivery. • Banking, FinTech, Payments, Cash Management, or Treasury Management experience. • API Integrations, Microservices, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Technologies (AWS preferred). • Payment Processing, Money Movement, Data Integration, and Reconciliation. • Digital Assets and Stablecoin-related initiatives. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe Certification. • Experience with deposits, payment networks, financial institution integrations, and platform modernization programs. • M&A or business integration program experience.

What you’ll do

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex integration programs across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Architecture, and Security. Drive program governance, risk management, and technical design reviews for financial platforms and API integrations.

Requirements

Requires over 8 years of experience in Technology Program Management within the Banking or FinTech sectors. Candidates should possess expertise in API integrations, cloud technologies, and payment processing, with preferred certifications like PMP or Agile.
