Senior Program Manager - Operations Transformation (Insurance) We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the operations workstreams within an upcoming Health & Dental transformation. This role is critical in driving the program, and throughout, ensuring operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring sustainable outcomes. The Operations PM will work closely with business, technology, and operations leadership to manage roadmaps, delivery timelines, costs, risks, and dependencies, while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder engagement. What is in it for you: • Salaried: $100-$110 per hour. • Incorporated Business Rate: $120-$130 per hour. • 2 month with the potential for extension of 6 months • Day schedule, 37.5 hours per week. • Opportunity to contribute to high-profile global corporate events and executive engagements Responsibilities: • Drive end-to-end success of operational workstreams, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. • Partner with operations leads, cross-functional, and cross-BU teams to maintain progress and proactively resolve challenges. • Develop and maintain integrated operational roadmaps, acting as the single source of truth for status and updates. • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency within our workstream solution development and implement process improvements through the delivery roadmap. • Ensure operational workflows are documented, standardized when possible, and aligned with best practices. • Support change management and business readiness efforts for operational teams. • Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies; communicate with risk partners to ensure risks are understood and properly managed. • Track and communicate dependencies across teams to avoid bottlenecks and delays. • Lead operations governance forums and participate in broader governance alongside the business PM. • Provide clear, concise updates to senior operations leadership and stakeholders on operational performance, risks, and decisions • Collaborate with Business PMO, Tech PMO and Architecture teams to ensure operational solutions are scalable and sustainable. • Validate that operational processes align with technology capabilities and regulatory standards. • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations for operations workstreams. • Report operational performance—including financials, progress, quality, and risks—to leadership and executive sponsors. What you will need to succeed: • Bachelor’s degree minimum. • Minimum 7 years of program/project management experience in operations or service delivery, preferably in health, dental, or insurance domains. • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream operational programs. • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and tools (Jira, Smartsheet). • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills. • Ability to analyze data and develop frameworks to drive decision-making. • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
