Project Manager — Project Power (Logistics Smartsheet Replacement) Location: Remote (Ottawa, Nova Scotia, CAN) Contract Duration: Sept 21, 2026 – July 31, 2027 We're seeking a highly accountable Project Manager to serve as the primary delivery leader — owning day-to-day execution of the Logistics Smartsheet-to-Power Platform transformation across multiple business units, locations, vendors, and technology teams. Key Responsibilities: Own and maintain the integrated project plan across Mobilization, Design, MVP Build, Expansion, Migration, and Go-Live phases Lead cross-functional coordination across business and technology teams; ensure delivery through the June 2027 sunset deadline Serve as central point of coordination for Logistics Leadership, Executive Sponsors, Business SMEs, AppDev teams, and West Monroe consultants Own project governance: RAID, Scope, Escalation, Dependency Tracking, Change Management, Decision Tracking Produce Weekly Status Reports, Leadership Updates, SteerCo Presentations, Executive Dashboards Drive actions/decisions to closure; manage SME participation across US and Germany sites Coordinate sprint planning, backlog alignment, and Azure DevOps tracking Support execution within a regulated GxP/CSV environment, ensuring documentation and traceability Lead knowledge transfer from West Monroe consulting resources Coordinate UAT Planning/Execution, Migration Readiness, Cutover, Parallel-Run, and Smartsheet Retirement Required Qualifications: 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives 7+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholder groups 5+ years owning/maintaining integrated project plans 5+ years strong governance, reporting, and delivery management Exceptional risk, issue, and dependency management experience Experience managing geographically distributed teams across time zones Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries Knowledge of GxP and CSV validation frameworks Experience with Microsoft Power Platform projects ERP integration experience (Oracle EBS and/or JD Edwards) Azure DevOps expertise Experience with vendor transitions and parallel-run migration strategies

What you’ll do

Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Logistics Smartsheet-to-Power Platform transformation across multiple business units and global sites. Manage project governance, integrated planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a successful sunset of Smartsheet by June 2027.

Requirements

Requires over 10 years of experience in enterprise technology project management with a strong background in governance and stakeholder management. Preference is given to candidates with experience in regulated life sciences industries and familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and GxP/CSV frameworks.
