MoD is on the hunt for a Graphic Design Project Manager who can turn creative ideas into well-executed projects, keeping designers, stakeholders, vendors, timelines and deliverables moving in sync. You’ll own projects from creative brief to final delivery, working across Marketing, Sales, Product Development and external production partners. From packaging and product mock-ups to presentations, trade show graphics and marketing materials, you’ll make sure the right work gets done, on time, on brand and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple creative projects from kickoff through production and delivery Build timelines, workback schedules, priorities and project plans Turn business needs into clear, actionable creative briefs Coordinate designers, stakeholders and external vendors; manage feedback, revisions, approvals and version control Review proofs and production files to ensure accuracy and quality Track budgets, estimates and vendor costs as needed Identify workflow improvements and help make the creative process more efficient Key Qualifications: 4–7+ years in creative project management, studio management, creative operations or a similar role Strong understanding of graphic design and creative production workflows Experience working directly with designers and creative teams Experience with print, packaging, presentations, signage, trade show or marketing materials Exceptional organization, prioritization and attention to detail Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Workfront or Wrike Sound like YOU?
