Title: Digital Health Services Coordinator Our government client in Regina, SK is looking for a Digital Health Services Coordinator resource for a 6+ mth contract, reference #0025. This role is in Regina, SK. Candidates are strongly preferred to be local but remote candidates located anywhere in Canada will be considered. No travel is expected, should it be required then expenses will be reimbursed Things You Need to Have: Experience with Microsoft suite and/or SharePoint. Experience in Project Coordination/Management. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is considered an asset. Certifications in Change Management, PMI, and/or business analysis is considered an asset. Strong interpersonal skills with experience working, influencing, and communicating effectively (both verbal and written) with all levels within a large complex organization. Strong facilitation skills with experience effectively facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting findings. Excellent writing skills with experience drafting business cases, reports, plans, and proposals. Strong ability to seamlessly translate between business/stakeholder groups and technical/IT groups. Knowledge of information management and information technology. Knowledge of and experience with the Saskatchewan Health care system is an asset. What you will be doing: Providing reliable, sustainable, patient-centered digital services and stakeholder coordination. Delivering service management - operational coordination and monitoring after initiative implementation, monitor KPIs and performance metrics, stakeholder engagement, service quality, and continuous improvement of digital health services. Coordinating enhancement of existing projects for long term transformation. Providing back-up for administrative support functions when needed. Offering dedicated leadership qualities that can ensure digital initiatives are sequenced and aligned with provincial objectives. Supporting facilitation of stakeholder engagement, consensus building, project management, and coordination across the system. Ensuring change management, implementation monitoring, reporting, issue resolution, delivery tracking, and benefits realization. Acting as a centralized resource to provide alignment and oversight across projects.

Requirements
