Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Conseiller en Gouvernance PMO pour un contrat d’une durée de 12 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement. MANDAT • Élaborer des cadres et gabarits de gouvernance de portefeuille • Accompagner les directions dans l'optimisation des processus décisionnels • Accroître la maturité du Bureau de Gestion de Projets (PMO) • Soutenir l'amélioration de la performance des portefeuilles actifs • Collaborer au sein d'une équipe de gouvernance d'environ 6 personnes • Œuvrer sur Project Server, Sciforma, Jira, Azure DevOps PROFIL • 20+ années en TI, dont 15+ comme Conseiller en Gouvernance PMO • Expérience en rédaction de cadres pour organismes gouvernementaux • Bonne capacité à conseiller la haute direction sur des enjeux stratégiques • Expérience en environnements complexes à plusieurs unités administratives • Fort esprit de collaboration avec intervenants de tous niveaux hiérarchiques • Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) (atout) • Aisance en rédaction de directives, politiques et gabarits de projet • Autonomie et sens de l'initiative en transformation organisationnelle • BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent • Français requis

What you’ll do

Requirements

The role requires over 20 years of IT experience, with at least 15 years specifically in PMO governance and experience working with government organizations. A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is required, and a PMP certification is considered an asset.
