General Information Basic Function Reporting to the Director of Projects, the Project Coordinator works closely with the Project Management Team, Construction Supervisors, and Operations to support the successful delivery of Iconic projects. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of project activities, including project schedules, change management documentation, RFI submissions and tracking, document control, invoicing, cash flow and forecast updates, client reporting, logistics coordination, and project schedule maintenance. Qualifications Education College or University degree considered an asset. Equivalent related experience will also be considered. Experience 5+ years in a project coordination, project administration, or project-based role. Design-build construction experience is considered an asset. Skills Knowledge of construction project lifecycles. Understanding of high-voltage construction, civil earthworks, and project financials. Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with health and safety practices in a safety-focused environment. Other Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills. Sound judgement and problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively interact with clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders. Duties Support Project Managers with project planning, coordination, and execution. Maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Excel. Coordinate project documentation, RFIs, change orders, invoicing, and client reporting. Track project costs, budgets, forecasts, and contract deliverables. Ensure project records and documentation remain accurate and organized. Work closely with Project Managers, Project Controllers, Operations, and Construction Supervisors to meet project objectives. Foster positive client relationships through professional communication and responsive support. Support logistics coordination for project materials, equipment, and resources. Responsibilities Coordinate material and equipment procurement with Project Managers and Procurement teams. Provide Project Managers with the support required for accurate and timely project reporting. Help ensure Construction Supervisors and Operations teams have the permits, equipment, and materials required for project execution.
