Sr. Program Manager

Must Have Experience leading complex organizational transformation and change management initiatives. Knowledge and application of industry-standard change management frameworks and methodologies. Experience conducting stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness assessments, and change planning. Experience establishing change governance and performance measurement frameworks. Experience designing and executing large-scale communications and engagement strategies. Experience developing executive-level communications, presentations, key messages, and engagement materials.
