Skillset Required French required Strong ability to coordinate across multiple teams: business, IT, data, risk, compliance, security, operations, and vendors. Mastery of core project fundamentals: planning, risks, dependencies, budget / capacity, governance, reporting, committees, and documentation. Ability to facilitate business workshops, structure requirements, formalize decisions, and translate discussions into executable deliverables. Very strong communication skills in French, ability to synthesize, rigor, autonomy, political acumen, and the ability to drive topics forward in a highly complex organizational context.
