Irving, Limited is seeking a Real Estate Project Coordinator / Analyst to support a diverse portfolio of real estate assets across Atlantic Canada, including industrial, office, retail, and large-scale residential developments. Reporting to the Director of Real Estate, this role is critical to advancing active projects and transactions by coordinating stakeholders, supporting deal execution, and ensuring timelines are achieved across multiple files. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will actively advance land developments and transactions—helping bring new industrial, retail, office, and residential projects to life.
