Job summary
Senior Project Manager Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 Status: Current Opening Responsibilities Lead due diligence, investigations, and project delivery activities for major infrastructure projects. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, field, construction, and consulting teams. Provide senior leadership across complex, multi-team environments. Ensure investigations support design, constructability, cost, schedule, quality, and risk management. Oversee project controls including budgets, forecasting, scheduling, progress reporting, and change management. Drive health & safety, quality, and compliance across field and project activities. Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with senior leadership, contractors, consultants, and project teams. Identify and mitigate project risks while driving issue resolution and accountability. Support team development, performance management, and resource planning. Qualifications 12-15+ years of experience delivering major infrastructure projects. Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Experience leading due diligence/investigation programs involving areas such as geotechnical, utilities, structural, or site/corridor investigations. Strong civil construction and field operations experience. Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams in complex, matrixed environments. Strong understanding of the relationship between investigations, design, and construction. Experience with project budgets, schedules, estimates, change management, and risk. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
