The ideal candidate should have managed end-to-end banking projects and worked with platforms such as Temenos, Infosys Finacle, Finastra, Fiserv, FIS, Oracle FLEXCUBE, TCS BaNCS, Backbase, Mambu, or VeriPark. Key Responsibilities: Manage project lifecycle from initiation to deployment Coordinate with business, technology, and vendor teams Drive implementation of banking products and digital transformation programs Track project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables Ensure stakeholder communication and governance Required Skills: Banking Domain Expertise Agile/Scrum and Waterfall Methodologies Stakeholder & Vendor Management Core Banking/Digital Banking Implementation Experience PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certification preferred Preferred Banking Platforms: Temenos, Finacle, Finastra, Fiserv, FIS, Oracle FLEXCUBE, TCS BaNCS, Backbase, Mambu, VeriPark.
