Role: Project Manager Type: Full Time Permanent Location: Hybrid 2x every 2 weeks in Waterloo, ON Salary: $85,000-$90,000/yr JOB DESCRIPTION: Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a variety of business and technology initiatives for a top Insurance client. This individual will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements, system enhancements, and application-related initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can manage multiple priorities, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strong balance of project execution, communication, and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive initiatives from planning through implementation. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 3-5+ years of Project Management experience leading business and technology-focused projects Insurance, financial services, or other regulated industry experience Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communications Experience supporting projects involving business process changes, front-end applications, and back-end systems Strong ability to manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business leaders Strong reporting and presentation skills, including providing project updates to leadership and key stakeholders NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other Project Management certifications We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
