This individual will be responsible for driving project delivery, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and ensuring strong governance, controls, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires an experienced banking Project Manager who can operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment while successfully navigating competing priorities and executive-level stakeholders. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of AML-related projects and initiatives • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and key milestones • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting • Maintain RAID logs and proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership • Create executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reporting materials • Facilitate project governance activities, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews • Coordinate resource planning and project staffing requirements • Partner with business, technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams to drive successful delivery • Ensure adherence to project management standards, banking controls, and audit requirements • Drive stakeholder alignment and manage competing priorities across multiple groups • Escalate risks and issues appropriately while developing mitigation strategies to maintain project objectives
