This individual will lead complex business and technology projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, modernizing processes, and enhancing delivery across banking channels. The role requires strong project management fundamentals, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a large, matrixed organization. Responsibilities include managing project plans, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones while providing regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership. Current initiatives include process simplification, fraud modernization, and lending process automation programs. We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
