Day-to-Day We are seeking an experienced IAM Project Manager to support an established Identity and Access Management transformation. This individual will lead multiple workstreams and drive delivery from strategy and planning through implementation. The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership with previous experience managing large-scale IAM initiatives or transformations. Key Responsibilities - Lead delivery across multiple IAM workstreams, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and milestones. - Coordinate across technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to drive successful delivery. - Manage projects from strategy and planning through implementation. - Provide project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication. - Track project plans and delivery using Microsoft Project and Azure Boards. Required Skills & Experience - Strong Project Management experience, ideally within large enterprise environments. - Proven experience managing IAM projects or transformation programs. - Experience managing multiple technical workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders. - Working knowledge of IAM concepts and environments. - Strong project planning, risk management, governance, and communication skills. - Experience with Microsoft Project & Microsoft Entra ID Nice to Have Skills & Experience Azure Boards experience is an asset. Vacancy: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position. Pay Rate: 60-65$/hr We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
