Project Manager II Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3 months Extension: Possible Conversion: Possible Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week (Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required) Location: Onsite – Toronto, ON (5 days/week) Role Overview Seeking a Project Manager II to support cybersecurity initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role will coordinate regulatory, audit, and governance-related projects, working closely with business stakeholders to manage planning, reporting, executive communications, and project execution across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate has early-career project management experience, strong analytical skills, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting governance, reporting, and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of cybersecurity, regulatory, and audit-related initiatives Develop and maintain governance frameworks, project documentation, and reporting processes Create business cases, gather requirements, and support financial tracking Coordinate project schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource planning Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and status reports Monitor project progress and recommend improvements to support delivery objectives Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and leadership teams Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate Support portfolio planning, governance activities, and operational improvements Adapt to changing priorities while ensuring project deliverables remain on track Required Qualifications 2+ years of Project Management, Project Analyst, or related experience Experience creating business cases, gathering requirements, and supporting financial analysis Post-secondary degree or diploma Experience supporting governance, reporting, and project documentation Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Previous experience within a large enterprise organization Prior experience supporting cybersecurity, regulatory, audit, or governance initiatives Previous experience with the organization PMP certification Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills Strong documentation and organizational abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively High attention to detail and accuracy Adaptable and comfortable working in changing environments Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Results-oriented with excellent time management Note: We use AI tools to obtain basic information, detect plagiarism, false employment history or references, categorize your skills, and perform an initial match with the job posting.
