Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of projects across our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering hazardous materials removal and demolition projects from start to finish. A strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction is essential. As Project Manager, you will manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within scope. You will also monitor project health and safety, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Provide overall contract administration, technical expertise, and support for large construction projects or several smaller projects. Accountable for safety, budget, quality, schedule, and profitability performance. Oversee and review performance status reports for safety, cost forecast, and schedule. Oversee the development and implementation of project safety plans. Manage project team, client representative, consultant, and trade contractor relationships. Manage change order process, including pricing and negotiating. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, project costs and resources. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Perform risk management and forecasting. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Continue professional development in order to keep up with emerging technologies, methods. Other duties as assigned. Experience, Skills & Competencies Minimum 3-5 years’ experience within the construction industry as Project Manager or equivalent; Experience within the hazardous material industry considered an asset; Demonstrated knowledge and application of safety principles, procedures, and legislation; Ability to problem solve and exercise professional judgment; Demonstrated experience in leading effective project meetings with customers, consultants, and internal employees; Demonstrated experience in leading and managing team members; Effective communication skills, both written and verbal; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other operational systems as required; Physical Requirements Dynamic Work Setting: Offers a mix of field and office environments; involves approximately 40% field work and 60% office work. Physical Capability: Must be physically capable of navigating job sites. Also, must be fit and able to wear respiratory protection equipment, including various types of full and half face respirators. Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license. Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain Secret Level Security Clearance.
