Surrey, Kelowna, Edmonton or Mississauga | Projects Across Canada | $120,000–$180,000 + Quarterly Bonus Industra Construction Corp. is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex water/wastewater, heavy civil, industrial and infrastructure construction projects across BC and Canada - We are considering applications from Candidates located in Surrey, Kelowna, and Mississauga. Our preference is for the Project Manager to be based in one of our existing offices. However, we may consider Edmonton-based candidates who would initially work remotely and transition to an Edmonton office once one is established. We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to take ownership of a project — managing the schedule, budget, contracts, procurement, subcontractors, client relationships and site coordination required to deliver successfully. Experience with Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Pump Stations, Heavy Civil, Industrial, Municipal Infrastructure, Process Mechanical or similar complex infrastructure construction is strongly preferred. Having expanded from approximately 35 employees to more than 200 over the past three years, we're continuing to invest in our people as we deliver complex water and wastewater treatment, industrial, civil infrastructure, institutional, and remote construction projects across Canada. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with key milestones and client expectations. Oversee coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Contract Administration & Documentation Manage all project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and meeting minutes. Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and reporting systems. Procurement & Subcontractor Management Lead procurement activities including material sourcing, pricing, and subcontractor selection. Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements. Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with project requirements. Cost Control & Reporting Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking. Lead monthly reporting, progress billing, and financial reviews. Monitor project performance across schedule, cost, manpower, safety, and quality. Site & Stakeholder Management Provide leadership and support to site teams, including Superintendents. Conduct site visits as required to ensure project alignment and performance. Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact. Qualifications 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management. Experience delivering civil, industrial, infrastructure, or structural projects preferred. Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction management software. Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required. Travel This role supports projects across Ontario and may also provide support to projects throughout Eastern Canada. As a result, candidates must be willing and able to travel regularly to project sites, spending time in the field working alongside our operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
