Role : Technical PM Location: Toronto (Hybrid — 2-3 days/week ) Job type: Contract(6 Months) - High possibility of Extention Pay : CAD $65 /Hour Start date : Immediate Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Project Manager who can successfully lead the delivery of Data & Analytics projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management capabilities with technical understanding, enabling them to bridge business requirements and engineering execution while ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires someone who can proactively manage risks, remove blockers, coordinate crossfunctional teams, and drive projects from planning through implementation. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics projects. • Drive project execution while managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and blockers. • Translate business requirements into clear technical execution plans. • Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver technical solutions. • Assess technical risks, estimates, timelines, and implementation approaches. • Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delivery challenges. • Ensure accountability across teams to meet project milestones and business objectives. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience managing technical projects. • Strong experience delivering Data Engineering, Analytics, or Business Intelligence projects. • Proven experience leading projects from planning through implementation. • Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams. • Excellent problem-solving and risk management abilities. • Strong leadership skills with a focus on project delivery and execution.
