Role Summary Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale business and technology transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The role will be responsible for program planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, budget oversight, and coordination across multiple projects and workstreams to achieve desired business outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end program management for complex transformation initiatives. • Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, schedules, and delivery strategies. • Establish program governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms. • Manage multiple projects and interdependent workstreams within the program. • Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and technology stakeholders to define objectives and priorities. • Monitor program progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues. • Drive effective stakeholder communication and executive reporting. • Ensure alignment between business objectives, project deliverables, and organizational strategy. • Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination. • Lead steering committee meetings and governance reviews. • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact program delivery. • Support change management, business readiness, and user adoption activities. • Drive continuous improvement and promote project management best practices. Educational Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related discipline. Preferred Certifications • PMP • PgMP • PRINCE2 Practitioner
