About the Role Working closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents, you will play a key role in coordinating project documentation, tracking schedules, managing communications, and supporting projects through all phases of construction. You will be involved in a variety of commercial projects and gain exposure to both office and field operations while helping ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with the planning and execution of commercial construction projects Coordinate and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and project documentation Maintain project schedules and support progress reporting Assist with procurement activities, including subcontractor and supplier coordination Monitor project costs and support budget tracking Coordinate meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams Support project closeout activities and turnover documentation Ensure project files are organized and maintained throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Previous experience as a Project Coordinator within a commercial construction environment Experience working for a general contractor is required Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project documentation Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What's Offered Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits program Career development and growth opportunities Exposure to diverse commercial construction projects Supportive and collaborative team culture Long-term stability with a reputable Calgary contractor If you're a Project Coordinator with commercial construction experience and are looking to join a company with a strong reputation and an exciting project pipeline, we'd love to hear from you.
