Your New Company Our client is an established and growing real estate developer with a strong presence in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. With an expanding portfolio across Southwestern Ontario, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multi-family residential projects from permitting through construction, occupancy, and turnover. Your New Role As Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of multi-family residential developments, including townhomes, stacked town homes, mid-rise, rental, condominium, and mixed-use projects. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for project planning, permitting, procurement, budgets, schedules, consultant coordination, contractor management, risk mitigation, financial reporting, and project closeout. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, municipalities, consultants, trades, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll Need to Succeed 7+ years of project management experience within multi-family residential construction or development. Proven experience managing townhomes, stacked townhomes, mid-rise, condominium, rental, or mixed-use developments. Strong understanding of Ontario construction practices, municipal approvals, permitting processes, and Ontario Building Code requirements. Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, procurement, contracts, change management, and schedule management. Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, trades, municipalities, and utility providers. Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Planning, or a related discipline. PMP, Gold Seal, P.Eng., CET, or similar industry designation is considered an asset. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario.
