Project Manager Job Responsibilities End-to-End Project Leadership — Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, including developing project charters, defining timelines, clarifying cross-functional roles, and adjusting plans based on evolving customer requirements. Resource Planning & Optimization — Allocate and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment across multiple projects to ensure efficient and effective utilization. Technical Execution & Quality Assurance — Oversee technical implementation, ensuring strict adherence to schedules, specifications, and quality standards while achieving all project milestones. Risk Management & Issue Resolution — Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks. Drive timely resolution of issues through cross-department collaboration and strong stakeholder communication. Process & Workflow Standardization — Establish, refine, and promote project management processes and standards to ensure consistent, organized, and scalable project execution. Job Requirements Education — Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related engineering field. Professional Experience — Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the automation industry, including at least 3 years managing automation equipment development projects. Industry Knowledge — Strong familiarity with the development of standalone machines or full production lines for 3C consumer electronics automation. Experience working with major international clients is highly preferred. Core Competencies — Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proven leadership skills and a customer-focused mindset. Able to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams. Language Skills — English proficiency sufficient for daily work (reading, writing, and speaking). Chinese language ability is a plus.
