Our platform is built for speed, performance, and a player-first experience. We operate with a lean, entrepreneurial team and a bias toward action. About the role We are looking for a mid-level Project Manager to bring structure, momentum, and accountability to our project portfolio. We're a lean, fast-moving iGaming team, you'll be the person who makes sure things don't slip through the cracks as we juggle feature development, strict regulatory requirements, and a new platform launch. You'll work closely with our Operations Lead and Technical PM, owning the tracking, communication, and urgency side of project delivery making sure everyone knows what's due, what's late, and what needs attention today. What you'll do Keep our project roadmap and initiatives current in Jira, and maintain visibility across our team's initiative channels in Slack Run regular check-ins with our Technical PM and team to track deliverables, flag slipping dates, and keep feature-development projects moving without needing to chase people Support tracking and coordination on our current projects, keeping timelines, action items, and stakeholders aligned. Start building/updating process documentation and tracking systems for two growing functions: compliance submission deadlines/requirements, and customer support readiness helping the business get ahead of these before they scale Proactively flag risks, bottlenecks, and missed deadlines before they become fires Bring order to ambiguity, we're a startup, so priorities shift and processes aren't always fully built yet What we're looking for 2–5 years of experience in a Project Manager or Program Coordinator role Strong proficiency with Jira and Slack (or equivalent PM/comms tooling) A genuine sense of urgency and ownership, you notice when something's off track and act on it without being asked Comfortable working with technical teams and translating between "engineering timeline" and "business deadline" Excellent written communication, much of this role runs through async updates and documentation A builder's mindset, you're energized by creating structure and process where none exists yet, not just following an existing playbook iGaming or regulated-industry experience is a strong plus, not a requirement Comfortable in a small, fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities What We Offer Competitive salary.
