Reporting to the Project Manager, this role provides critical assistance to Project Managers and Superintendents in coordinating schedules, quantities, reporting, and quality control. This role is to support our Regina Long Term Care Project. Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Support project scheduling and budgeting by updating timelines, costs, and labor/material tracking Coordinate project documentation, including drawings, revisions, site instructions, and change orders Manage change events, preparing and tracking change notices and scope adjustments Document meetings and provide updates, including minutes, action items, and progress reports Support safety and quality processes by assisting with safety plan reviews and quality control tasks The Right Tools for the Job Education: Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related technical field Experience: 1–5 years of direct construction experience Skills: Proficiency with MS Office, scheduling and project management software; familiarity with construction project systems, practices, and processes (InEight experience is an asset) Lay the Foundation for Your Next Career Move.
