Description du poste : Titre du poste : Chargé(e) de projet senior – Technologies de l’information Profil recherché Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Chargé(e) de projet senior expérimenté(e) pour piloter des initiatives stratégiques dans le domaine des technologies de l’information, avec une expertise confirmée dans le secteur des assurances ou dans le secteur bancaire/financier. Exigences principales : Expérience : Minimum de 8 ans en gestion de projets TI, dont une expérience significative dans le domaine des assurances; Projets majeurs : Avoir dirigé un projet d’amélioration d’envergure, avec un budget de plusieurs millions de dollars, visant la simplification et l’optimisation de l’écosystème TI; Mandats stratégiques : Expérience dans la gestion de programmes regroupant plusieurs projets sous une gouvernance commune, afin d’accélérer la livraison et maximiser la valeur des initiatives; Gouvernance : Capacité à superviser des projets à haut niveau, en assurant la cohérence, la performance et l’alignement stratégique; Leadership et influence : Habiletés reconnues en négociation, gestion des conflits et mobilisation des parties prenantes; Compétences analytiques : Forte capacité d’analyse et esprit critique orienté vers les solutions et l’amélioration continue; Outils : Maîtrise des outils de planification et de suivi (ex. MS Project, Jira, ou équivalent); Langues : Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais. Atouts supplémentaires : Certification en gestion de projet (PMP, PMI-ACP ou équivalent); Connaissance des méthodologies Agile et Waterfall; Expérience dans la transformation numérique ou la modernisation des systèmes.
