We're Hiring: Senior Project Manager Are you a seasoned construction professional with a passion for leading high-impact projects? Join our team as a Senior Project Manager based out of our Bonnyville or Edmonton office. This is a key leadership role, responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of commercial and industrial construction projects across Alberta and Saskatchewan, and the Yukon. What You’ll Do Lead the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to final turnover. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient delivery. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors. Provide mentorship and support to junior project staff. Uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards on all job sites. Communicate proactively with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on commercial and/or industrial projects. A diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Proven leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). Why Join Us?
