GD LEAD est à la recherche d’un(e) chargé(e) de projets en construction pour soutenir la gestion et la réalisation de nos projets immobiliers commerciaux. Le ou la candidate idéale possède de l’expérience en estimation ainsi qu’un excellent sens de l’organisation. Responsabilités principales Gérer toutes les étapes des projets de construction : planification, coordination, exécution et livraison Effectuer l’estimation des coûts de construction et préparer les budgets Analyser les plans, devis et appels d’offres Coordonner les sous-traitants, fournisseurs et intervenants externes Assurer le suivi des échéanciers, des coûts et de la qualité Collaborer avec l’équipe interne (gestion immobilière, comptabilité, drection) Gérer les imprévus sur les chantiers et proposer des solutions Profil recherché Formation en gestion de projets, génie civil, architecture, estimation ou domaine connexe 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets de construction (secteur commercial un atout) Expérience concrète en estimation de projets Excellentes compétences en communication, coordination et résolution de problème Maîtrise de logiciels comme MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, ou tout logiciel d'estimation (ex. : Dreeven etc.) Conditions de travail Poste permanent à temps plein Salaire compétitif selon l’expérience Environnement de travail stimulant et projets variés Équipe humaine, dynamique et collaborative Avantages sociaux disponibles Intéressé(e) ?

Requirements

A degree or training in project management, civil engineering, architecture, estimating, or a related field is sought, along with 3–5 years of construction project management experience. Candidates should have hands-on project estimating experience, strong communication and coordination skills, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or estimating software.
