Lead IT/OT infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, financial forecasts, and vendor performance. Coordinate client stakeholders, vendors, and operations on site, provide regular project status reports, maintain the RAID register, and support knowledge transfer and operational readiness at project close.
