Manage planning, schedules, milestones, procurement, and execution for a major electrical substation upgrade, coordinating engineering consultants, contractors, utilities, and other technical stakeholders. Monitor progress and risks, integrate transformer and other long-lead equipment timelines, and provide reporting and recommendations to support project decisions.

Own the end-to-end delivery of moderate-complexity projects, including defining scope, developing plans and budgets, managing risks, and monitoring schedules and task completion. Coordinate project teams, vendors, and stakeholders while maintaining client relationships and ensuring regulatory, environmental, and health and safety compliance.

The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of commercial and retail real estate projects, from initial scope development to final closeout. They are responsible for managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and coordinating with various stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and clients.
