We’re supporting a major Workday transformation program for a healthcare client in Canada and recruiting across 5 project management and PMO leadership opportunities. The program combines Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence implementation with process standardization and HR transformation across multiple health organizations. The initial scope covers approximately 85,000 workers, with Wave 1 go-live targeted for November 2027 and further deployments planned for 2028 and 2029. These are client-side opportunities to lead delivery, coordinate implementation partners and business stakeholders, and help establish a common platform across a complex workforce. 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: 🔸 Type – Full-time contract, incorporated/C2C 🔸 Working model – Remote within Canada, Pacific Time hours 🔸 Start dates – October/November 2026, depending on role 🔸 Duration – Varies by role, with potential extensions 🔸 Rate – Discussed individually based on role and experience 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀: 🔹 Project Manager – General HCM Own delivery across Core HCM, organizational structures, job/position management, foundational Compensation, business processes and security. Coordinate design/configuration delivery, data conversion, testing, cutover and hypercare. Initial contract: 21 October 2026–31 December 2027. 🔹 Project Manager – Technical Integration & Provincial Data Hub Lead delivery across integrations and the Provincial Data Hub, managing technical plans, resources, vendors, dependencies, risks and readiness through testing and cutover. Strong integration and data conversion delivery experience is relevant. Initial contract: 21 October 2026–31 December 2027. 🔹 Cross-Functional Project Manager Lead and coordinate workstream PMs, align plans to the integrated schedule and resolve dependencies across Functional, Digital, Testing, Data Conversion, HR Transformation and Change teams. Initial contract: 21 October 2026–31 December 2027. 🔹 Senior Project Manager – Feasibility & Cross-Domain Functional Delivery Initially manage an approximately 8-week assessment of Workday and HR service delivery options, including requirements, operating models, resources, costs and program impacts. Then transition into broader functional delivery coordination across Business, HR and Payroll. Proposed start: 15 November 2026; overall contract duration to be confirmed. 🔹 PMO Director Lead the PMO, integrated program planning, resource capacity, governance, executive reporting and delivery assurance. Oversee project management across domains, alongside Testing Services and security/privacy/audit coordination. Initial contract: 15 November 2026–15 November 2027. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿: 🔹 Proven delivery of complex Workday or enterprise HCM/ERP implementations. 🔹 Strong planning, stakeholder management, RAID, dependency management and implementation partner coordination. 🔹 Relevant functional or technical delivery expertise for your chosen role. 🔹 Experience leading multiple workstream PMs for the Cross-Functional PM opportunity. 🔹 For PMO Director, 10+ years of enterprise delivery experience, including 5+ years leading a PMO or comparable program delivery function, plus PMP or an equivalent designation. 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁: 🔹 Healthcare, public sector, unionized workforce or multi-organization implementation experience. 🔹 Workday HCM/Payroll delivery through testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare. Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience delivering complex Workday or enterprise HCM/ERP implementations, with strong planning, stakeholder, risk, dependency, and partner-coordination capabilities. Role-specific functional or technical expertise is required; the PMO Director role additionally requires 10+ years of enterprise delivery experience, 5+ years leading a PMO or comparable function, and a PMP or equivalent designation.
