They will also facilitate communication between research, product, and engineering teams to ensure research initiatives align with strategic goals and product capabilities.

The Program Manager will recruit and source exceptional fellows and researchers, manage the fellowship application and selection process, and coordinate with advisors and internal teams. They will also track program metrics and build relationships across the AI and science ecosystem.

Lead the end-to-end operational lifecycle of the AI-native Physicist Fellowship, including recruiting, selection, and fellow support. Coordinate between external advisors and internal technical teams to build a high-signal research ecosystem.
