Water & Sewer / Civil Project Manager Salary: TBD (based on experience) Firma Contracting is currently seeking an experienced Water & Sewer / Civil Project Manager to oversee underground infrastructure and civil construction projects throughout Saskatchewan. Responsabiltiies: Manage water, sewer, and civil construction projects from planning through completion Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, surveyors, suppliers, and internal project teams Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget Support field supervisors and forepersons by providing direction and resolving project-related issues Ensure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and client expectations Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders Manage project documentation, reporting, RFIs, submittals, and project closeout requirements Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders Promote and enforce company health, safety, and environmental policies Conduct oneself in a professional manner with honesty and integrity Required Skills: Minimum 5 years of project coordination or project management experience in Saskatchewan Proven experience managing water and sewer infrastructure projects Civil construction experience is required Strong understanding of underground utility construction methods and municipal infrastructure projects Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficient with project documentation and reporting Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field is considered an asset Experience working with municipal infrastructure projects is considered an asset Experience with project management software is considered an asset Required Certifications: The following valid certifications are considered strong assets (or may be required depending on the project): CSTS 2020 WHMIS 2015 Ground Disturbance Level II Standard First Aid Leadership for Safety Excellence Confined Space Entry Fall Protection
