🌐 Remote | Flexible FHA Solutions Inc. is growing, and we're looking for an experienced telecom professional to join our Operations team as a Project Manager. This role is fully remote, with flexible hours built around getting the job done. As Prime Designer for Rogers Communications across Ontario, we deliver end-to-end utility design, including survey, engineering, permitting, and network design, all under one roof. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can take ownership of overall project health, client relationships, delivery, and performance from start to finish. What you'll do Act as the primary client-facing point of contact, maintaining strong relationships and resolving issues throughout project delivery Monitor project health, financials, timelines, and overall performance, identifying risks before they become problems Coordinate assignments across internal teams to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met Manage projects across client platforms, including ADM, as well as our internal project tracking systems Keep design, survey, permitting, and other project workflows aligned and on schedule Track project deliverables and follow up with internal teams to ensure commitments are met Identify project issues early, communicate them clearly, and drive them through to resolution Help maintain accurate project information and reporting across all applicable systems What we're looking for Experience in the telecom industry is essential Direct experience working with Rogers programs is strongly preferred Familiarity with Greenfield and RB (Rogers Business) project types Coaxial network experience Experience with ADM (Rogers' project management software) is a strong plus Experience with SpatialNet is a plus Working CAD knowledge is considered an asset Comfort using AI tools to streamline administrative work and improve productivity is a major bonus Strong organizational skills and a genuine client-service mindset Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently What success looks like Projects remain on schedule and issues are identified and addressed early Clients receive clear, timely communication and a high level of service Internal teams have clear direction, priorities, and deadlines Project information, financials, and tracking systems remain accurate and up to date Risks are identified before they impact project delivery Projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships Why FHA We pay the highest rates in the industry, and offer the strongest annual increases in the sector.
