Job Description Summary The Project Manager, PLM serves as a central coordinator for product launch initiatives within an assigned product portfolio at FGF Brands. Success in this role requires the ability to manage concurrent projects, maintain exceptional attention to detail, and collaborate across functions while applying a comprehensive understanding of supply chain operations, manufacturing processes, and packaging line capabilities to ensure seamless product commercialization. Maintain project timelines, recognizing when critical dates are at risk; problem solve, if required; escalate, if required. Liaise and follow-up with various external stakeholders to ensure all project related tasks are followed-up and executed on-time and on-schedule (i.e. customers, suppliers). Provide packaging recommendations when new formats are required; this entails a thorough understanding of the product, of how it will be marketed and of the FGF packaging capabilities. Participate in Innovation Sessions with our suppliers. Attend all trials for the assigned product portfolio. Thoroughly understand the profiles of all customers as their product introduction protocols will differ. Ability to provide project updates to Sales and / or customers in an accurate, concise manner. Other duties, as assigned. Required Experience 3+ years of relevant experience in a project management / Co-ordination role. Supply chain industry experience within a manufacturing or CPG environment is strongly preferred.Post-secondary education in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task. Strong organization, problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Passion to thrive in a constantly changing environment with shifting priorities. Requirements
