You will work in a dynamic environment where innovation, collaboration and technical excellence are at the heart of every project.</p> <strong>Mission</strong> <p>Develop subcontracting strategies during bid and proposal phases. <br>Partner with project teams to identify subcontracting requirements and sourcing opportunities. <br>Prepare, negotiate and administer subcontract agreements. <br>Define scope of work, deliverables and performance expectations. <br>Lead tendering activities, evaluate proposals and negotiate commercial terms. <br>Manage contract amendments and Change Orders. <br>Identify contractual risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. <br>Support the resolution of claims, disputes and commercial issues. <br>Monitor subcontractor performance, contractual compliance, quality and schedule. <br>Build strong relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Law or a related discipline. <br>5-7+ years of experience in subcontract management, contract management or procurement within construction, EPC or major capital projects. <br>Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and contractual risk management. <br>Experience leading competitive tendering processes and contract negotiations. <br>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. <br>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. <br>Team-oriented mindset with strong adaptability and problem-solving skills. <br>Fluent English and functional French. <br>SAP knowledge is considered an asset. <br> <br>Experience in data center construction is an advantage; however, professionals from industrial, infrastructure, energy or other major EPC projects are strongly encouraged to apply. <br> <br>What Our Client Offers <br>A strategic position within a rapidly growing Supply Chain organization. <br>Exposure to large-scale international construction projects. <br>A collaborative, innovative and entrepreneurial work environment. <br>Hybrid work model (3 days in office). <br>Comprehensive group insurance. <br>Health Spending Account. <br>Employer-matched retirement savings program. <br>Paid floating days. <br>Strong long-term career growth opportunities. <br>Approximately 10-15% travel, primarily within North America.</p> <br><br>
