About The Role FDM is seeking a Senior Project Manager located in Toronto to support a Transfer Agency Conversion project in the Wealth Management sector. Involvement in this project is anticipated to last initially 12 months but may be extended. This role will be hybrid with requirements to be in office 4 days per week. About You Position Overview Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead workstreams within a large-scale Transfer Agency conversion program. This individual will be responsible for driving project delivery across business and technology teams, ensuring successful execution of project plans, governance, stakeholder management, and implementation activities. Candidates must have previous experience leading a Transfer Agency conversion project. This is a mandatory requirement. Responsibilities Lead one or more workstreams within a large-scale Transfer Agency conversion initiative. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, and status reporting. Coordinate business, operations, technology, and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle. Lead project governance activities and provide regular updates to senior leadership and Steering Committees. Facilitate project meetings, manage action items, and ensure timely execution of deliverables. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to support planning, testing, implementation, and operational readiness. Influence stakeholders across a complex matrix organization while driving accountability and execution. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading at least one end-to-end Transfer Agency conversion project (mandatory). 10+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of Transfer Agency operations and related business processes. Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, and third-party vendors. Proven ability to work effectively with senior executives and business leaders. Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working within a matrix organization. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive delivery without direct authority. PMP certification is preferred but not required.
