Coordinate restoration projects from intake through completion, including vetting project scope and urgency, assigning resources, scheduling crews, and communicating with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Maintain project files and documentation, support estimating and insurance claims using Xactimate and XactAnalysis, track costs and invoices, and assist with procurement, inspections, and closeout.
