Enterprise Project Manager - Microsoft 365 & Cloud Delivery Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, and Cloud Transformation projects for enterprise clients. Working within a client-facing MSP/consulting environment, you will manage projects from discovery and planning through implementation, migration, go-live, and post-deployment support. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to client objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, and cloud transformation projects. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Drive Microsoft 365 initiatives including migrations, tenant consolidations, collaboration platforms, endpoint modernization, and cloud adoption projects. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and executive-level communications. Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Navigate ambiguous requirements, define project priorities, and establish clear delivery plans. Manage project governance, reporting, change control, and risk mitigation activities. Required Qualifications Enterprise IT Project Leadership 5+ years of experience leading complex, client-facing IT projects. Proven ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and delivery outcomes. Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise projects. Microsoft 365 & Cloud Delivery Direct experience delivering Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, or cloud-based projects. Strong understanding of technologies such as: Microsoft 365 Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online Exchange Online Intune Entra ID (Azure AD) Azure Cloud Services MSP / Professional Services Experience Experience delivering projects within an MSP, consulting, or professional services environment. Familiarity with fixed-price, statement of work (SOW), and outcome-based engagements. Communication & Leadership Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive projects to completion. Project Management Expertise Project management is your primary profession and area of expertise. Demonstrated use of recognized project management methodologies and best practices. Preferred Qualifications PMP Certification PRINCE2 Certification ITIL Foundation Experience leading enterprise Microsoft 365 migrations and cloud transformation initiatives Location: 100% Remote Ideal Background: Enterprise Project Manager with proven Microsoft 365, Cloud, and MSP consulting experience managing end-to-end client engagements.

Requirements

Candidates should demonstrate project management expertise, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage concurrent projects and ambiguity; PMP, PRINCE2, and ITIL Foundation are preferred.
