Project Coordinator / Manager (Retail) 3+ months, approx 37 hrs/week Onsite 3-4 days/week, downtown Toronto Starts: Early September Rate: $30-40/hr. (Depending on experience) Our large retail client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator/Manager to support the execution of in-store marketing initiatives and digital asset deployment across multiple channels. Responsibilities: Coordinate the production and delivery of in-store print collateral and digital assets. Manage project timelines, schedules, and key milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Operations. Liaise with vendors, print partners, and external agencies to ensure timely execution. Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Ensure assets are reviewed, approved, and delivered according to deadlines. Qualifications: 2+ years of project coordination experience, preferably within retail, marketing, or consumer goods. Experience managing print and/or digital marketing projects. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is an asset
