Entuitive is looking for a Transportation Project Coordinator, based out of our Toronto office. Join our dynamic team supporting engineering projects in the transportation sector. This role will support the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and systems projects. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, an understanding of engineering project delivery, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. What will you do? Assist Project Managers in planning and scheduling project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Coordinate activities between engineering, design, procurement, client, and construction teams. Maintain and monitor project documentation including schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports. Support the preparation of technical and progress reports, meeting agendas, and minutes. Track project deliverables and ensure timely submission to clients and internal stakeholders. Manage and update project tracking systems and documentation platforms (e.g., MS Project, or other ERP tools). Liaise with transit authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies as needed. Help organize and attend project meetings, site visits, and audits. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards specific to transit infrastructure projects. What do you need to succeed? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience with infrastructure or transit/transportation engineering projects. Familiarity with project management software (MS Project or similar).
