Project Manager / Scrum Master – Agile Delivery Client: Confidential, leading Canadian P&C insurance organization Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (hybrid, 3 days onsite) Type: Permanent, full-time Base salary: Up to $125,000 CAD, plus a target bonus of about 10% About the role Our client is going through a major technology transformation and needs a Project Manager / Scrum Master for its Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This is not a ceremonies-only role. You will be a proactive delivery partner who spots risks, challenges existing processes, improves team performance and drives measurable results. Requires at least five years of project management or Scrum Master experience, strong Scrum knowledge, and a solid understanding of software development and delivery. PMP certification is required; CSM or PSM is preferred, and insurance, banking, or financial services experience is valued.
